By downloading, installing, or using Timebird, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Description of Service

Timebird is an independent time tracking application for macOS that integrates with Moneybird via their official API. The app helps freelancers and small businesses track time and sync entries with their Moneybird account.

Timebird is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Moneybird. All rights in Moneybird's trademarks, logos, and services are the property of their respective owners.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Timebird, you agree to:

• Use the app in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide accurate information when using the service.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Timebird and third parties.
• Use the app only for legitimate business purposes.

Third-Party Integration

Timebird relies on Moneybird's API for certain features. Your use of Moneybird is subject to their terms of service. We do not control or guarantee the availability, accuracy, or performance of Moneybird's services, and we are not responsible for any issues, data loss, or interruptions caused by their platform.

If Moneybird changes or discontinues their API, some or all features of Timebird may stop functioning.

Data and Privacy

Timebird processes and transmits data to Moneybird via their API. We do not use or store your data beyond what is necessary to provide the service. Your data within Moneybird is subject to Moneybird's privacy practices.

Intellectual Property

The Timebird application, including its code, design, and original content, is owned by Adam Kramer and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Timebird makes no claim to ownership of Moneybird's intellectual property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Timebird is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with future versions of Moneybird or macOS. Use of the app is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adam Kramer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of Timebird.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Timebird immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
